1999 to present day: Freelance Web Developer

2004: Web Developer with IBUK, Brighton

Large-scale SQLServer-driven systems. I worked on web-based travel reservation and booking systems for clients that included EasyJet.

2000-01: eLearning Developer with Epic PLC

Enormous JavaScript, DHTML, ASP and SQLServer based projects. I single-handedly produced upwards of 10,000 lines of JavaScript per project.

1998-99: Interactive Developer for KMA, York

Lead programmer & developer. First taste of web-based "application server" model.

1995-96: Unix system administrator, York University

The same top-ranked department from which I had just graduated immediately employed me as a UNIX systems & networks administrator.

1990-95: M.Eng. at no. 1 Computer Science dept.

M.Eng. degree. 4 solid taught years including 3 summer industrial placements. 2:1 (hons.) No. 1 UK Computer Science department (outranks Oxford & Cambridge.)
