ASP Programming & Development
ASP (Active Server Pages) development & programming consists of creating server-side scripts that respond to your users' requests for web pages, and build those pages "on the fly" - often while talking to a back end database to retrieve text content, images and data.
The user, web-server and database can all be separated from each other over a network or over the internet. The result is a "client-server application" which can be made to deliver significant computing power remotely to multiple users.
I've been building ASP applications for the last 9 years. I program mainly in VB.NET (ASP.NET) and VBScript (ASP or 'classic ASP').
